About Eric
As a certified CliftonStrengths® coach, I help corporate teams, couples and individuals become the very best version of themselves. I believe everyone needs a coach. Just as a professional athlete relies on their trainer to maintain and grow their skills, so must individuals and teams in order to develop personally and professionally.
Why CliftonStrengths?
With more than 20 years of sales experience, I participated in countless personality assessments. With every new sales manager came a new tool to predict our success. I found that most times the results were interchangeable with others and not personalized to me. CliftonStrengths was different. My results really did describe me while the results of others didn’t sound like me at all, but sure did sound like them. I went from skeptical to sold.
While reflecting on years of different leaders and sales tactics, I realized the goal, regardless of the means, was the same: to maximize the productivity of our team. But what works for the manager may not work for everyone else. That’s where I come in. I look for ways to use the strengths of the individual to work the process but in their own way. Whether it’s a sales team, management group or couple, the CliftonStrengths principles help us work within the areas we are strong. The result is the best version of us.
I am a certified Clifton Strengths coach and Wisconsin Lutheran College graduate. I have worked with a variety of organizations from small family-owned businesses to publicly traded companies. I volunteer at my church serving in leadership, small groups and vision casting, and serve as the prayer coordinator for a nationally televised program connecting people to God’s grace.
About Janine
Great leaders don’t stand alone—they grow, they inspire, and they serve. And every leader, no matter how capable, thrives with the right support behind them. Whether you’re leading a lively preschool classroom, steering an entire early childhood center, or guiding a network of programs, I’m here to be that trusted partner in your corner.
I’m a proud graduate of Martin Luther College with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. With 18 years in the field, I’ve worn many hats: classroom teacher, Early Childhood center director, technical assistant, and coach to programs across the United States. From bustling preschools and child care centers to cozy in-home
programs, I’ve lived the daily realities you face—juggling operations, nurturing staff, designing joyful and developmentally rich experiences, and keeping the magic of childhood front and center. I get it. The paperwork never sleeps, the “quick questions” rarely are, and the best days are the ones where every child leaves a little brighter than they arrived.
I’m passionate about helping leaders like you step confidently into that role—stronger, clearer, and more energized. Let’s partner together so you can lead your team with clarity, creativity, and joy. I look forward to supporting you on the journey!
